black tape stuff 200 1989

I need some help with replacing the black tape that surrounds the windows on my 245. I just got a paint job and the guy didn't know what to do so he just painted over the tape and since it was cracked, it looks like a half ass paint job. what are some cheap alternatives to buying from the volvo dealer?
