Tick, Tick, Tick, Slap, Slap, Slap, noise coming from the front of engine of all three of my 240s 200

I notice a ticking, or slapping noise coming from the front of the engine of all of my 240s mostly when the engine is still cold. I have checked all the belt tensions and have taken the slack out of the timing belt with the tensioners, but I still have the noise.Bad bearing in the tensioner?
