Volvo body shops in DE, MD

I need to find a Volvo repair shop in the vicinity of Bear, DE (20 mi sw of Wilmington). My Mother-in-Law's 1990 780 has been sitting at a body shop for five weeks, and she doesn't yet have an estimate. It seems the guy there specializes in Hondas.

She needs a professional shop that will know what a 780 is, and know how to source parts for it.
