Blower on '90 760T Fades out upon accelerating 700

Hi All;

I've had my '90 760T for about 8 months. The blower faded out while I accelerated from the beginning. Eventually, the blower faded out altogether. I explained this to my mechanic who said the blower was bad. I had it replaced about 2 months ago. The old problem still exists with the new blower. Any ideas on what's going on? I'd like to communicate something intelligent from this community to my mechanic so he can perhaps find and fix the problem correctly.
