WOW! What a difference! (Strut rod bushings) 700 1990

I had my strut rod bushings (poly bushings from IPD) replaced while having my tires mounted incorrectly (ha-ha...see my previous post). I'm sure the bushings were installed correctly!

I'm amazed at the difference in the way the car drives. It handles much more "crisply" and it eliminated the horrible clunking noises when going over speed bumps and dips in the road. The car only has 55,650 original miles on it and I feel like I'm driving a brand new car.

My $.02: There were no visible signs of wear on the old bushings, but once they were removed you could see they were in very bad condition. Replace these bushings if your front end feels sloppy for that "new car feel"!
