HELP: Seat Belt Stuck on 760Turbo

Hey there,

Somehow while my front passenger seat was out while I was repairing the power tilt, the seat belt mechanism froze! I absolutely cannot release it. It is the mechanism that attaches to the seat. Any advice? Thanks in advance, Pete (760 Turbo)
