I replaced my two front calipers, and went ahead and replaced the rubber bake hoses with the stainless steel ones from IDP. I borrowed a brake bleeding tool that uses pressure from the tire and bled the brakes according to the sequence in the manual. About SEVEN TIMES!! I've gone through over a half gallon of Dot 4 fluid--she's been coming out really clean and bubble free for a while now, but the pedal still goes to the floor. I have the rear end jacked up about 4 inches higher than the front. The first couple of times I did not remove the little warning valve before bleeding. (Its just a little white plastic cap with a brass spring and small brass rod, right?) I have removed it the last 3 bleeding attempts. Have I fried the master cylinder? (It was fine before and is not too old!) I just tried bleeding using the old fashioned method (pumping the pedal) and got a weak pulse of fluid with each pump. Has anyone out there been down this road? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I am at a loss! thanks,
