Fuel pump regulator / relay Locations 900 1994

After much research, I have come to the conclusion that my problem is (a) Bad Fuel Pump Regulator or (b) Bad In-Tank Pump Relay. Cranks/runs good cold, after warmed up runs fine or looses power completely and stalls (bad regulator?). Engine/system must cool completely before cranking again. Also, No In-Tank buzzing/humming i.e. bad Relay and noise in main pump.
Now, where is the In-Tank Relay and where is the Fuel Pump Regulator located? Any other advise/tips would be greatly appreciated. 190K
