Radio replacement, looking for Bryan 200

Bryan,
i need to replace factory radio (still working) in my 21 240. Son bought a Kenwood CD player thinking quick installation. I have read ALL the archives and frankly, I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling that any of them were right on the money except your exchange of info last October.

Can you PLEASE respond to this post and tell me exactly how you went about swapping your radio for a CD player. The more posts I read, the more confused I become.
