central locks not working on my 93 245 200 1993

When I push down the door button on my 93 245, sometimes all the doors lock, and sometimes they don't. The same with lifting the button, and I've noticed that if I lift it up a bit more after I lift it (like stretching it) all the door will unlock. Anyone know what's wrong? Is there any way to make the central locking system behave like that in my 850 - any lock locks/unlocks them all?
