Sunroof sound deadening material 200

Yesterday I took apart the sunroof and partially found out how it was leaking, and adjusted it right. I also found the insulation that is sandwiched between the panel and the headliner insert to be detached about 85%.

What is the best adhesive to put this material back in?

We have not received any appreciable rain since yesterday so I dont know if all that work will help the cause of the leaky roof.
