What can I do to increase HP 200

Its the kid again,

Anyhow since I have my new used volvo I was wondering (being the kid I am) what I can do to increase HP and such. Ony my old impala I had headers, flowmaster, and such to kind of "Supe" it up and was wondering if there was anything I can do to my 82 240 5 speed (4 with OD) to make it buffer while not spending a whole butt load?
