Looking for the IDLE-CONTROL thingy 200

Morning all,

Here's my problem:

My 1982 245 idles high when set in PARK, but it idles normally when set in DRIVE and at a stop. I thought it might be the 3 inch cylindrical idle module that may be the culprit. However, after calling a Volvo junk yard for the part this morning, the person I spoke to said it's not the module, considering that my car idles normally when set in DRIVE and at a stop. He told me to look for a black adjuster located under the manifold and try to adjust my idle speed. I'm hoping that will fix my idle speed in PARK. The problem is that I can't find it. In fact, I'm not even sure if I'm looking in the right place...where's the manifold again? :|

I didn't pass a California TEST ONLY smog ckeck, and I'm thinking my high idle may be the problem. According to my report, I have a high HC level. My baby is sitting in the park way, unregistered, and not going anywhere. The car runs perfectly, and I want to drive it! I don't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money to diagnose the problem, and besides, I want to try to fix it myself and learn something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
