turbo rebuild 700

I recently recieved a rebuilt turbo cartrige from Turbo City and am wondering what other parts I may need to do the job correctly. Do I need new turbo to manifold bolts? Any gaskets? Oil lines? Oil line O rings? Does the cartridge come off easily or does it take special tools like a press? Please help.
