Hi folks-
having a problem with my wipers. initially started as a groaning sound while wipers on. here are my observations:
1. on intermittent setting, no wiper movement. i can hear the motor kick in intermittently, but no wiping.
2. on low setting the wipers work, but seem to stutter slightly on the back swing.
3. on high, the movement is fast, but the groaning more pronounced.
i've tried a simple WD-40 of the wiper arms, which seemed to help a bit on low and high, but still have no (or terribly infrequent) intermittent action.
is there an easy way to test the motor, or lubricate it? i'd hate to have it replaced at $95 a pop plus labor if it's really a minor fix.
thanks!
