M47 tranny swap - parts inventory check

It's been almost a year since I tried to swap my AW71 for an M46 with another owner. I have now decided to buy the M47 and have many parts. I just want to check once more before tearing the auto out inorder to prevent needing some parts that I didn't think about. Here is what I have:
1. Flywheel with correct number of induction holes lightened to 20lbs.
2. Clutch, pressure plate, bearing, pilot bearing for the B230.
3. Pedal assembley.
4. Clutch cable with steel E shaped part that goes onto end of clutch
fork.

This is what I believe that I need besides the tranny:
1. Drive shaft - at least the front half or the whole matched set.
2. Clutch fork
3. Shifter and boot
4. Trans mount and or crossmember?

Will the M47 come with a bellhousing that the clutch cable mounts to? I know that some cars had the hydraulic clutch. Do I need to specify a bellhousing?
I will also have to drill a hole in the firewall to mount the cable grommet. Mine has a cutout where the cable should go just not the hole.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
