Fitting seats from a four door into a coupe 200

Has anyone pulled the front seat off the frame (tracks) from a coupe and replaced them with newer seats from a four door? I an aware that the two door seat frame reclines. Maybe the frame from the coupe could be used with the newer upholstery from the four door.
