85' 240 - Right front brake freezing 200 1985

I replaced the master cylinder in my 85' 244 DL and the right front brake
started freezing after driving a couple of blocks. The brake will release
after about an hour. I replaced both front calipers with rebuilt Bendix w/
pre-loaded pads, thinking it was a stuck piston in the old caliper. I have
carefully followed the 8 step bleeding process and every thing felt solid,
no air, and no soft or sinking pedal. Drove two or three blocks and brake
starts to drag until it is completely frozen. I also reset the warning
switch during bleeding. Seems like the pressure will not release back to the
system.

I am puzzled.
Does anybody have experience with this problem?
Could this be the combination valve that houses the warning switch?

Thanks,
Bubba
