Its the kid again,

I was just wondering how to lower a 240 wagon on my own, like can you just cut the shocks or springs or something or do I have to go to someplace like "Les Shawbs" or what? Also my car as an erradic (if thats how ya spell it) idle when its cold and after about 10 seconds, it smooths out
