Okay, so the book is much better. The movie is totally ass-backwards, and some important pieces from the novel are missing. Like, how the car became "possessed." Also, novel is set on the east coast, the movie skips from Detroit to the fictional town of Rockbridge, California.
Where am I going with this? Who knows.
Wonder though if Chrysler build quality in the late '50s was better than Volvo's work on the 960?
Say, Tom, has she come back yet?
