240 Turbo or Aftermarket Rims on 140 140-160

Hi All.

Just wondering if 240 Turbo wheels work on 140s?

Also, today I saw a 144 with some 5 spoke Star shaped alloys. Who makes rims with a 5 on 4 1/4 pattern?
