Seeking wiring diagram and audio information 200 1992

Apologies for the duplicate post in Aftermarket forum but I am desperate :)

Can anyone provide a high res scan of the factory wiring diagram for the audio system for a 1992 240? My Haynes manual is useless in this regard.

I am replacing the OEM TD-623 radio/cassette head unit. Crutchfield don't deliver outside US and while I am locating an alternative source for a harness adaptor and mounting kit I am trying to understand the wiring. All descriptions I have found on the web so far use different colours to mine.

The TD-623 is located in the upper dash and is connected to an amp by a 6-pin DIN plug terminated cable. The amp is located behind the lower console storage space in the 240 just ahead of the gear selector. Both the head unit and the amp have 14-pin connectors to the car's harness. There are only two speakers and these are located in the front doors. The head unit connector has 7 wires, the amp connector has 12. I don't yet know if there is wiring in the car for another two speakers; we must have got the stripper version in Australia to end up with only two speakers.

I will be bypassing the OEM amp; the replacement Pioneer head unit has 4 x 45 (PMPO) and I don't know what the OEM amp puts out.

I am starting to trace the wires this weekend so any information would be much appreciated.

Please don't suggest running new wiring; I may yet do so but would prefer to go the plug-and-play route.
