Getting no heat, and want some! 200 1986

I recently purchased a 1986 240 DL from Florida and live in the far north. The blower motor works fine, there is air blowing out of the vents at variable settings depending upon what you select, but there is no heat to the air. I need some suggestions, recommendations, or insight to what could be the issue with the vehicle. Thanks, Brick Beauty
