Is there a fuel pressure regulator for CI - mechanical fuel injection? 200 1982

G'day

I have a 1982 244 GL Australian B23E with CI - mechanical fuel injection.
Does these cars have a fuel pressure regulator, or is it a component of only the electric fuel injection?
If it exists, where is it located?
