is this a reasonable 94 940 sedan? 200

tell me guys. a 94 940 sedan, 73,500 original miles, all power except seats, regular upholstery seats, no sunroof, b230f red block, no mechanical clutch fan, ABS, auto trans, metallic blue, no accidents steel rims, 70% life on tires. ---- is this a good buy at $5000? I found it in an auction in my state. clean title.

are 940's as fun as 240s? I have an 86 240 with 263,000 miles and thinking of getting another brick.
