Waht does the SRS trouble code say? 900 1993

I got the trouble code from the SRS. It is 2-3-2. Does anyone know what that indicates. I have cleaned the orange connector under the carpet at the tranny tunnel. I got 3.5 volts from the connector. Isthat the correct voltage or is that too low. What voltage should it be?
