Tranny leak 200 1990

Anyone out there have any experience with a leaking transmission (AW70) tail shaft on their 240? Mine has been leaking for a couple of months. The leak isn't too bad so I've decided to live with it and regularly monitor the leak.

Any thoughts? The car has 194K, so I'm assuming the tranny will need to be yanked eventually anyway...
