IPD driving lights (Hiper 4000X Plazma Blue) 200 1985

I just got my new fog lights in the mail from IPD. I hooked it all up with almost no help from the wiring diagram on the box. (Bad english)

Well they look cool, but don't work.

The english is so bad that I don't know what the heck they are talking about.

The main problem is the long 2nd red wire. This is what is listed to do with it.

"THE 3 PCS OF CONNECIOTR OF (-)

RED LINE CONNECTING WITH THE

(+) POLE OF ELECTRIC LINE ON CAR

LAMP."


I don't know what to do there. Anyone installed these?

Somebody please help me out.
