What octane gas for turbos? 700 1992

What octane gas do you turbo owners run and what kind of mileage do you get?
I'm trying to figure out if there is a noticable improvement in efficiency using high test and I'd like to hear what others have found.

Mine runs perfectly on 87 but I may try the high octane to see if performance or mileage increases.
