Toyota Supra Transmission Swap 120-130

I read that you can easily swap in a transmission from a toyota supra. How much work/modification is this? What years, or (if any) specific models, would this be out of. Does anyone have any experience with this? What kind of problems did you run into? How does this effect the final drive ratio?...Etc... Any info is greatly appreciated.
