where to get clip for foam/rubber rain trim thing under hood 700 1990

1990 740 base

I accidentally leaned on the trimmings, and one of the clips broke off as a result. This "trim" (or more of a lining) runs along the edge under the hood immediately in above and in front of the firewall. It is held my little clips that only go in one way. Does anyone know where I can get some replacements for this?
