Engine not breathing well... 700

Car is 740T with B230 4 cyl engine.
It is not passing the "jiggle test".
There is small oil leak in the front and the back of the engine.
Also, pressure is escaping from the dip-stick hole.
Car does not have PCV, or the flame trap.
I inspected and cleaned the vacuum hoses.
What else should I check ?
