BOSCH platinum 4 plugs 700

Has anyone experimented with BOSCH platinum 4 type plugs yet.
I'm familiar with platinum type. Are platinum 2 or 4 much improved ?
For that matter, what is the best plug to use on B230T engine.
I have tried various types, and can hardly tell the difference.
