Whats the difference in M-46 & M-47 Clutch assemblys? 200

Thinking about installing a '86 motor that has a m-46 into a '87 that has the M-47 5 speed. Want to keep the five speed. I thought I might have read about differences in the pilot bearing, but as I look at IPD catolog I notice the same alingment tool works for all years. I did notice about a $50 price difference in clutch kits for the two different trannys. Curious about the differences. Thanks for your thoughts/comments.
