Starting Woes 200

hello,
for the past 2 weeks she's been having difficulty starting. she'll start on the first couple of cranks but idle really low, just on the verge of stalling. i'll turn her off then restart her but she won't turn over until about 20 cranks. then she'll idle normally. what's going on here?
