so i'm new and have a couple of q's 200 1986

1. how dificult is it to put in new bushings? what are the special tools involved?
2.what do i need to do to put a 740 turbo motor into my 245?do i need a 240 intercooler or will the 7 work any other tips etc would be apreciated.
