360 Turbo upgrade!

I'm planning for an upgrade for my '88 364. In stead of using the B200F i want to install a B23ET/FT. Any experience? Please tell me!

As well for the experienced Dutch entousiasts who have experience with getting a new approval from the RDW. Make it official or not...
