Front Speaker Covers -Suggestions for homemade? 200 1992

My 240 came with some nice infinity front speakers, but no infinity grills. The Volvo grills were hot glued on and they won't stay. They are too small anyway. Any suggestions for how to cover them? Right now they are exposed to dirt, rain (when I open the door), etc. I was thinking of cloth but am not sure where to get speaker cloth and how to fasten it over.
