What is the main cause for blowing head gasket ? over heat ? low on oil ?

any other advice on install new head gasket is wellcome

need all the hepl I can get and input this is my first time to take on the head gasket job..

Yes I do have a Haynes book but your own experience is much more value and real

hepl prepair for the job
