water on fuse panel of 242 200 1983

I have a lot of watrer on my fues panel of a 83 242 gt.i would like to know where this water ismost likely to be coming from.is it from the windshield or possibly from the sunroof.If I was to remove the instrument cluster(speedometer etc would i be able to gain easy access to the problem area.
