Rear brake pads and calipers 700 1990

1990 Volvo 740 base sedan

Two part question. How do you remove the rear calipers? These are ATE rear disc brakes.

And secondly, does anyone know how I can jack up the car to do this? I have wheel chocks for only two tires at this point. I'm going to get it for a third wheel in a few days. But as far as I can tell, there's no safe way to do this without a lift? I jacked up my rear driver's side of the car, and then realized that I had my parking brake on. I had wheel chocks for my front two tires, but I realized that releasing my parking brake might be a bad idea. I also couldn't locate a good location for the jack stand in the rear. Any suggestions?

Okay, it's more like a 5 part question. :-) But any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!!

BTW, I'm doing this because I want to check the slide pins. My front girling caliper pins were seized up (see here for full account of things) so I was curious about my rears as well.
