Won't start (199,000 miles) 700 1988

My wagon won't start. It just turns over and dosen't catch. I changed the ignition wires, plugs, cap and rotor. The cap had some oil on the bottom and the connector at the bottom is all oil soaked. I think it may have something to do with that connector. I think it is the Hall sensor connection. I am running out of options and hope to get some new ideas here. Thanks.
