Urban warrior horns..need relay? 900

One of my horns have apparently failed...probably overuse. I found a set of Hella (OEM sort of) horns for the urban warrior that include a relay. If anyone has a wiring diagram of the 92 960, does the OEM horns have a relay already (location), and if so, is there any reason why I need this new one, except perhaps to substitute it?

I know, I know...my Dad was an electrical engineer and I still think electricity is magic.
