Wagon Wiper motor 900 1994

I need the Volvo Part No. for a rear wiper motor,(or as someone called it, "transmission") for my '94 940 wagon. I have had to have this repalced after being rear ended, and the new wiper parks in the upright position (the wiping arc is correct)so I guess they put the wrong motor in. Can anyone enlighten me of which part should have been fitted. (This was done by an independent body shop - not a Volvo dealer.)
