960 Headlight aiming specs. 900

I spent days looking in Volvo's green books and on this site and still can't find the spec for headlight aiming on a 1993 960 wagon. I'm looking for something like "the beams should hit a vertical wall 6 feet up when the car is 5 feet away." Just something more scientific than "well this looks good, I hope I don't blind the oncomming car".
