Defroster & Gas Pressure Sensor 200 1990

Hi, Folks:

The defroster doesn't work on my Volvo 240 DL wagon, 90'. The hot air won't blow out from small outlet close to the windshield. Any quick way to fix it? Sometimes it's really a pain...

My mechanic told me the Gas Pressure Sensor need replacd, so that I can save some gas money. Is it easy to DIY? How?
