Roof rack question 200

I read a post a while ago that had a link to a sight for a roof rack that was like a Thule knock-off. It was something real cheap like a 50 or 60 bucks. I can't find that post or link again. Does someone remember that. Also has anyone used this rack or know of any alternatives to the expensive thule or yakima. I'll go ahead and pay it if I have to, but I sure don't want to I'm lookin on ebay also. Thanks, --Shu
