Engine Wire Harness Bad? 200 1986

My '86 245 (194k) has developed an interesting quirk. Occasionally, when I press the accelerator, almost all of the idiot lights on the dash light up (battery, parking brake, brake failure). Sometimes I can make this happen, sometimes it appears random.

I can detect no issues with driveability--my tail lights work fine, the car doesn't hesitate, starts right up, etc.

Could this be the engine wire harness is falling apart and causing this?
