91 740 Turbo Stalls during cold start 700 1991

Hi All

My 91 740T stalls only during cold starts and after a long break (Say 4 hours).
I have to hit the gas hard to stablise the idle, then after some time the idle gets stable at 750 RPM and it runs normally. I checked the OBD and it says 2-3-2
Which means lean fuel mixture at idle. What should I do and how to go about it.

Please help .............
