... on my 88 245 DL AW70 is removed and on the bench... My daughter had trouble with the car because the orange arrow would stay on and it would not go into into fourth/od.
Anyway, was getting ready to resolder but this relay's problems look a little different. The printed board and also inside the plastic case has a scorch mark and one of the copper ribbons is broken/burned through by the scorch. There also appear to be the typical moats around some of the joints, waiting to be resoldered.
Is this relay save-able? Will solder bridge the copper ribbon for a good repair?
